Romeo Stellar Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions

At Romeo Stellar, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Your Tritan Water Bottle is built to last, and our Lifetime Warranty ensures you can enjoy it with confidence.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects that affect the function or safety of your bottle, including:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Cracks, chipping, or breakage that cause leaks or pose a risk of injury.
  • Loose or broken lid components.

If a covered defect is found, Romeo Stellar may, free of charge, either repair or, at our sole discretion, replace the whole product or the defective part, provided that:

  1. The defect is confirmed by us to fall within the coverage described above.
  2. The claim is supported by the original proof of purchase from Romeo Stellar and the payment receipt(s).
  3. The faulty/defective product is returned to us for investigation and verification.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., melting, warping).
  • Minor scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic marks that do not affect function.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or use outside the bottle's intended purpose.

Weld Line Notice

You may notice subtle lines on your RS bottle. These are weld lines, a normal result of the molding process — not a scratch or defect. Please note that weld lines are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the return process if applicable.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your product in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
